Woman wanted in credit union robbery

SAPD: Woman demanded cash, displayed knife

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are looking for a woman who they said robbed a near-downtown credit union Friday afternoon.

Police investigators said the woman robbed the CPS Credit Union, located in the 1000 block of Camden, around 1:45 p.m.

They said she handed the teller a note, demanded cash and showed a knife.

Investigators said she is about 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing about 230 pounds and was wearing a black hoodie.

They said the clerk gave her an unidentified amount of cash and she fled in the direction of Central Catholic High School, across Interstate 35.
