1 dead, 1 in critical condition after stabbing

Police searching for 2 suspects

San Antonio police are investigating the city's latest murder following a stabbing overnight.

It happened just after 2 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of Chihuahua Street on the foot bridge over Apache Creek.

Police said two men got into an argument with several people outside a nearby bar and decided to leave.

According to police, the men were crossing the creek when they were attacked and stabbed several times.

One man died at the scene; the other was taken to the hospital in critical condition, police said.

Police took six witnesses downtown to get their statements.

As of Sunday morning police were looking for two suspects.
