Crime stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest of a driver who hit and killed a man.
On Feb. 18 at around 5:46 p.m., Richard Stansbery was walking along Knoll Krest near West Military and Five Palms, when he was struck by a Gray 2003 Dodge four-door pickup.

The vehicle had flashing red and white lights on its dashboard and paper license plates and never stopped to render aid.
