Crime Stoppers offering reward to find thieves who led police on chase

Police say the criminals took items frome gas station and fled

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $500 for information that leads to the men wanted on a felony evading charge.

University of Texas Health Science Center police said that on Saturday, March 1, just before 2 a.m, a four door green Ford Taurus, occupied by three male men pulled into the parking lot of the Exxon gas station,  located at 2311 Babcock Road.

They say two men entered the Exxon and stole property from the store. The  first man committed the theft while the second man acted as the look out person.  

Police responded and pursued the man's vehicle as it fled. The men were able to avoid being arrested when the pursuit became a danger to the public.  

The first man is described as a white or Hispanic male, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, 160-170 pounds,  18-20 years old, with black bushy hair, wearing a white T-shirt under a gray long sleeved Henley style two button pullover, dark colored pants, and tan boots.

The second man is a Hispanic male, 5  feet 8 inches to 5 feet 9 inches, 160-17 pounds, 18-20 years old,  with short dark hair, light mustache, wearing a black New York Yankees baseball cap with camouflage rim, black T-shirt, silver necklace with pendant, black pants, white tennis shoes with red trim, a tattoo on the inside of his left forearm, with a black bracelet on his left wrist.
