Castle Hills massage parlor shut down

Police charge female employee at Tui Na Spa with soliciting sex

Castle Hills police said residents helped to shut down a massage parlor in their neighborhood after investigators arrested a female employee there on prostitution charges.

Castle Hills police said they began investigating the Tui Na Spa in the 8500 block West Avenue after receiving reports of suspicious activity and high traffic going in and out of the business.

An undercover officer went into the business Tuesday and discovered a woman soliciting sex.

Police Chief Wayne Davis said more arrests could follow.

"What we suspect is going to happen in this particular case (is) the owner of the business is shutting down (and) the certificate of occupancy was pulled," Davis said. "It's our understanding that he's going to be evicted in a few days so we believe he will just move out of the city of Castle Hills."

Davis said the investigation is ongoing.
