A Silver Alert issued Saturday afternoon for an 81-year-old San Antonio woman has been discontinued.
Fortunata Duque was found Saturday, according to police.
Duque went missing Friday around 7:30 p.m., driving a red 2008 Dodge Avenger.
Police said Duque has a cognitive impairment and her disappearance posed a "credible threat" to her own health and safety.
