Man, 32, taken to University Hospital after shooting
A Converse man was rushed to University Hospital after being shot in the chest.
It happened around 3 p.m. on Tuesday in the 6800 block of Waterfall Pass.
The 32-year-old victim was conscious and alert when he was taken to the hospital.
"We know he was shot in the greenbelt behind his home," said Paul Berry, a spokesman for the Bexar County Sheriff's Office.
Berry said one man, who may have been a witness, is speaking with detectives.
Berry said they aren't actively looking for a shooter, but they're continuing to try and speak with the victim, who is being uncooperative.
Neither the victim nor his alleged shooter have been identified by police.
