Paul Hernandez, music producer, and recording artists JFM3 and Still Qualified recorded a song called "Love 4 My City," their Spurs anthem of 2014.

"Paul called me a couple of months ago and he goes, 'Hey, we need to make a Spurs song this year,'" recalls JFM3, who also wrote the song. "I actually woke up at 8 a.m. that morning and it took about 30 minutes for me to jot everything down."

Hernandez and JFM3 have produced and recorded song dedicated to the Spurs in the past, but this one feels different, they say.

"We want to keep the hip hop and the urban feel, but just kind of take the style to another level," said Hernandez. "Its more like a poppish dance (song)."

The trio of artists recorded the song in an at-home studio.

"I printed up 1,000 copies of this song and I'm just handing them out all over town," said JFM3.

Hernandez hopes to hear their song played in the AT&T Center one day.
