The man accused of defecating on sidewalks in front of homes in a Houston neighborhood has been ticketed for public urination, according to police.
According to Houston police, Jessie Hernandez was spotted urinating in public on a building. Police took him into custody and questioned him.

Investigators say Hernandez admitted defecating on sidewalks after an officer recognized him from the surveillance pictures.
A homeowner in the neighborhood set up a camera after her sidewalk was hit several times and shared the pictures with KPRC-TV.
Hernandez was ticketed for pubic urination and released, police said. He will not face charges in the defecating complaints, police said.
