The city of San Antonio has released its summer schedule for Downtown Tuesdays.

Movies by Moonlight

Tuesday, June 17 and 24, 7:30 p.m. at Travis Park, 301 E Travis St., 78205

Movies for the remainder of June include:

· June 17: "Monsters University"

· June 24: "Finding Nemo"

Pre-movie entertainment begins and 7:30 p.m., and the movies start at 8:30 p.m. Food trucks and concessions are available. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs, and may also bring their own food. The event is free to the public.

Downtown Tuesday at San Antonio Museum of Art

Tuesday, June 17 and 24, 4 to 9 p.m. at SAMA, 200 W. Jones Ave., 78215

Enjoy free museum admission from 4 to 9 p.m. every Tuesday. Sketching in the Galleries is held from 6 to 8 p.m., which includes an evening of casual instruction based on the works of art found in the Museum's collections.

Lone Star Live Summer Concert Series

Tuesday, June 17, 7 to 10 p.m. at Arneson River Theater at La Villita Historic Arts Village, 218 Villita St., 78205

The San Antonio Current and Maverick Music Festival host live music from San Antonio bands on the banks of the River Walk. Gates open at 6 p.m., and food and drinks will be available for purchase. The event is free to the public.

Briscoe Museum Film Series: The Urban West – Chinatown

Tuesday, June 17, 6 to 9 p.m. at Briscoe Museum, 210 W. Market St., 78205

The Briscoe Western Art Museum explores how film has influenced and challenged our perceptions of the West. The museum revisits Western classics in this year's film series with The Urban West. The film screening begins at 7 p.m. and is free with museum admission.

HEB Free Family Night at the Children's Museum

Tuesday, June 17, 5 - 7 p.m. at The Children's Museum, 305 E. Houston St., 78205

Enjoy an evening of family fun at the Children's Museum, where Adults and Kids are free from 5 – 7 p.m. every third Tuesday of the month.

Be-Cause: Celebrate the City

Tuesday, June 24, 6:30 to 9 p.m. at The Worm, 123 Losoya St., 78205

Join Downtown Tuesday for our special quarterly Be-Cause event, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting United Way of San Antonio. Tickets are available on eventbrite.com (keyword: Downtown Tuesday) for $20. The evening will include Taco Bar by Rio Rio Cantina, drinks, live entertainment and a tropical scavenger hunt with prizes from Mad Dog's British Pub, Swig Martini Bar, Iguana Room, Beer Garden and The Worm.

Downtown Tuesday provides free parking at all City-operated parking garages, lots and meters every Tuesday from 5 p.m. until 2 a.m. Downtown Tuesday partners, including restaurants, bars, attractions and museums, offer Tuesday-only specials.
