SAN ANTONIO – A woman is hospitalized early Monday morning following a crash on the near Northeast Side.
San Antonio police said the driver of a small pickup truck struck a guardrail around 1:30 a.m. on Loop 410 near Nacogdoches Road.
The impact of the crash caused the truck to cut across the highway and come to a stop facing the opposite direction.
Police said three people were inside the truck, and one of them fled the scene, leaving two women behind.
One of the women suffered a broken wrist and was transported to University Hospital for treatment.
Police have not said if any charges would be filed or what caused the driver to lose control.
