Reward offered for info in hit-and-run

Rudy Luna, 66, struck crossing West Commerce Street

SAN ANTONIO – Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest in a deadly hit-and-run case.

According to San Antonio police, 66-year-old Rudy Luna was trying to cross West Commerce Street near NW 23rd Street last Sunday night when he was hit by a red pickup truck.

The driver did not stop and Luna was taken to University Hospital, where he later died.
