WINDCREST, Texas – The city of Windcrest has voted to reduce the property tax rate by 18 percent for fiscal year 2014-2015.
The decision was made during a special City Council meeting Monday night.

During the last two years and in 2014, the current city administration has reduced the property tax rate by 23 percent.
