He has been charged with murder.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, San Antonio police detectives believe Idrogo lured Pesina to his own tattoo parlor on Hillcrest Drive on May 5.

The affidavit stated that Idrogo then gave a signal, prompting two other men to drive up and shoot Pesina multiple times.

Police believe Idrogo also drove the getaway car with the two men inside, the affidavit stated.

It stated that investigators suspect the murder and Pesina were tied to the Mexican mafia.

Authorities said information from a witness helped them identify Idrogo as a suspect.

They later tracked him down in Ohio.
