SAN ANTONIO – Lea Ann Blystone, 47, pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud in a federal court Tuesday afternoon.

Blystone acted as marketing director for a land development company, Rinco of Texas, and Rockin' J Ranch. By pleading guilty, according to federal investigators, she admitted to using Rinco and Rockin' J in order to get money and property through fraud.

Fraud that investigators said involved charging services when no promotion had been done and resulted in paying her x-husband and Rockin' J contractor, Michael J. Web, 49,  Rockin' J contractor Karen Lindsay, 48, and Rockin' J contractor Cheryl E, 56.

Webb, Lindsay and Hartsfield have each pleaded guilty to wire fraud and are currently awaiting sentencing.
