SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio man was injured Thursday during a hit-and-run accident on the city's Northwest Side.
It happened shortly after 8 p.m. near the intersection of Blanco and Fredericksburg roads.
Police said a 40-year-old man got off a bus and was walking across the crosswalk when he was hit by a red vehicle.
The victim was taken to University Hospital with a broken leg.
Anyone with information on the red vehicle with damage is asked to report it to the police.
The driver of the vehicle is facing a failure to stop and render aid charge when located.
