SAN ANTONIO – A fourth suspect has been arrested in the murder of a 29-year-old man whose body was found in Salado Creek in May.
Taylor Martin, 23, is charged with murder in the death of 29-year-old Russel McKinley.
She joins three men previously charged in the case: 31-year-old Jacobo Palestrant, who was arrested in June by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at a Northwest Side motel; 27-year-old Allen Fluitt and 25-year-old Jose Francisco Gonzalez.
Police said it looks like they robbed McKinley, put him in a choke hold until he stopped breathing and stuffed his body inside a mattress.
The body was found on May 9 in a drainage culvert behind the Walmart on Austin Highway.
