Man arrested, weapons recovered

SAN ANTONIO – Police said shots were fired early Saturday morning on the city's East Side.

Authorities said a man in his 20s came out of a house in the 200 block of Linda Lou Drive armed with a shotgun.

The man allegedly fired the weapon, but authorities said it is unclear whether the man had a target or not.

San Antonio police surrounded the home and after a short time the man surrendered peacefully.

Police said they confiscated a pistol and a shotgun but are still searching for a rifle.

The man was arrested and charges are pending.
