Man stabbed in back at SA men's club

Police: Man allegedly touched woman he thought worked at club

SAN ANTONIO – Police are trying to make sense of a stabbing that happened early Saturday morning at the San Antonio Men's Club off Loop 410 and Interstate 35.

Authorities said around 2:30 a.m. a man inappropriately touched a woman he thought worked at the club.

The woman was immediately offended and pointed the man out to her boyfriend.

The two men then confronted each other in the parking lot, and that's when police said things turned critical.

Witnesses said at some point shots were fired, and when police arrived the man who allegedly touched the woman was found stabbed in the back.

The man was taken to the San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.

Several people were taken in for questioning. Police are still investigating.
