SA gets revved up for Auto & Truck Show
San Antonio Auto & Truck Show runs through Sunday
SAN ANTONIO – The 46th annual San Antonio Auto & Truck Show kicked off Thursday at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.
The focus of this year's event is going green with as the inaugural Green Truck of the Year award announcement
This year's San Antonio Auto & Truck Show runs through Sunday. Here is a schedule for the weekend:
- Friday, November 7, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday, November 8, 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Sunday, November 9, 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Other exhibits include:
XPEL Technologies will feature a special exhibit showcasing Lamborghini Aventador LP-700, the McLaren 12C and the Porsche 911 C4S.
Ride-and-Drives: Ford and RAM will provide special ride-and-drive opportunities to give attendees the opportunity to test drive select Ford and RAM vehicles.
The Ferrari Club of San Antonio: The Ferrari Club of San Antonio and The Ferrari Kid, voted the number one non-profit in the city, will feature a special exhibit with a variety of seven Ferraris.
The San Antonio Area Chevy Dealers College Challenge.
The Kids Zone has kid-sized cars for children to enjoy, tracks to drive on and games to play. Children can take a spin in one of the tyke rides and partake in their own recreation.
The Car Pro will be at the show from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Former San Antonio Spur, Antonio Daniels, will sign autographs at the show on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, there will be special appearances by Rampage's T-Bone, Spurs Coyote, Silver Dancers.
