THE ALLEGATIONS: On Oct. 17, 2014, police and firefighters were called to a home where investigators believe gasoline was splashed/poured on the exterior of the house and set on fire. Campos and his sister were reportedly in an argument the night before over a television Campos allegedly pawned without permission. The woman said Campos "threatened to harm her if (she) made a police report on the television." The woman said her dog started barking, then she heard footsteps on the wooden front porch of the house. She opened the door and saw Campos running toward the street and get into his car.
