THE ALLEGATIONS: On Sep. 19, 2013, a woman told police she came home from work and Regalado accused her of cheating on him. She said he picked up a kitchen knife and forced her against the wall, "pressing the knife against the left side of her neck." She said Regalado yelled, "You want me to leave? You want me to leave?" The woman said the knife dug into her neck causing two scrapes. When she went to get a cell phone and her purse, she said Regalado pushed her to the ground, then left with her phone.
