San Antonio Police spokesman Officer Douglas Greene said Wiley is accused of receiving money from a victim in Arizona.

Greene said Wiley took a portion of the money and then transferred it to a group in Nigeria.

"We want the public to be aware of these situations," Greene said. "If they receive an email or see something online that is too good to be true, as far as promising them a certain amount of money, it is too good to be true."

Authorities say the FBI's Cyber Crime Unit is also investigating the case and more arrests are possible.
