SAPD: Woman arrested in stun gun attack on ex-girlfriend

SAPD: Amber Vince, 28, beat ex-girlfriend for $50

SAN ANTONIO – A 28-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with an attack on her ex-girlfriend in which the victim said she was beaten, kicked and zapped with a stun gun.

The 48-year-old victim spoke with San Antonio Police Department homicide investigators last Friday about the attack which allegedly happened earlier in the month.

An arrest warrant affidavit stated that she and her roommate told investigators that Vince broke into their home through a sliding glass door and assaulted her with a stun gun, then demanded money.

The affidavit stated that she said she fought with Vince, who also hit, kicked and squeezed her throat.

The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment at that time.  She told police the attack ended when she gave Vince $50, and Vince left the home, the affidavit stated.

Vince was arrested Monday on a charge of burglary with the intent to commit assault.
