Man shot twice on SW Side

The shooting happened in the 5700 block of Timberrock Rd.

SAN ANTONIO – A 24-year-old was shot twice on the Southwest Side after an argument turned violent.

The shooting happened in the 5700 block of Timberrock Drive Friday around 10 p.m.

According to police, two men got into an altercation when the 24-year-old grabbed a baseball bat attempting to hit the other man, 30. 

The 30-year-old then pulled out a gun and shot the other man in the arm and neck.

The shooting victim was taken to University Hospital in unknown condition.

Police are still searching for the gunman.
