SAN ANTONIO – A man crashed his car early Sunday as he tried to avoid running over a raccoon.
The accident happened on Stone Croft near Bandera Road just before 1 a.m.
He told police he was traveling on Stone Croft when the furry creature jumped into the road.
The man swerved trying to avoid the little guy and hit a curb.
The impact caused the vehicle to flip and rolled over before he crashed into a privacy fence.
The man was taken to University Hospital with minor injuries.
