SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are on the lookout for some bold crooks who attempted to steal an ATM late Tuesday night.
The attempted robbery happened at the Chevron station at Loop 410 and Callaghan Road around 11 p.m.

Police said the suspects attached a cable around the ATM and attempted to pull it from the store using a pickup truck.
After several failed attempts, the two took off empty handed.
San Antonio police said they have a description of the truck used during the failed theft.
