SAN ANTONIO – A Jourdanton man has been arrested and charged with injury to a child.
Erwin Cook, 21, is accused of injuring a 9-month-old child.
Jourdanton police say they received a tip over the weekend.
That baby is being treated at a San Antonio-area hospital for traumatic head and facial injuries.
If convicted, Cook faces a possible punishment of five to 99 years in state prison.
