SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department's Homicide Unit issued a warrant for Alberto Delatorre Tuesday night.
Delatorre is wanted in connection of the Feb. 12 shooting death of Matthew Winkelman.
Detectives said Delatorre along with Rodney Walker, currently being held in the Bexar County Jail, gunned down Winkleman in the parking lot of the Whispering Heights apartments in the 200 block of Rainbow Street.
Delatorre is believed to be in Walker's 2002 maroon Chevrolet Malibu Texas license plate DFS1309.
