Indoor pool open spring break at SA Natatorium

Different aquatic activities featured each day

SAN ANTONIO – The heated indoor swimming pool at the San Antonio Natatorium will be open the entire week of spring break.

Admission is free daily from noon to 3 p.m.

Residents are encouraged by the San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department to be active during spring break. 

Different aquatic activities will be featured each day at the Natatorium. The schedule is as follows:

  • Monday: Basic swim lessons
  • Tuesday: Swim stroke clinics
  • Wednesday: Junior lifeguard explorations
  • Thursday: Diving instruction
  • Friday: Water sports

Lifeguards will be on duty all week. Visitors are asked to wear appropriate swim attire, specifically, no denim. 

Children 10 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult. 

Senior swimming is available for free from 10-11 a.m. during spring break. Adult lap swimming is offered from 11 a.m. to noon.

Open-swim time will be offered from 3-6:45 p.m. each day. The cost for open-swim time is $2 for children, $3 for seniors 60 years old and above, and $4 for adults ages 18-59.
