SAN ANTONIO – Delicia Herrera, a former San Antonio councilperson, is the latest to join the race for District 124 State Rep.
Herrera is one of four candidates running for the now vacant seat once held by Jose Menendez.

Menendez won a special-election runoff for Texas Senate last month.
Nathan Alonzo, Ina Minjarez and David L. Rosa also filed to run.
Early voting begins March 23. Election Day is March 31.
