SAWS will begin working on a three phase sewer cleaning project Thursday morning on Cesar Chavez and Indianola Streets.
Traffic will be down to one lane in that area through Monday.

The second phase will take place from March 19 through March 21 at Lexington and North Saint Mary's Streets, and the third phase is scheduled for April 1 through the April 5 at College and Navarro Streets.
The work is required by the environmental protection agency.
