SAN ANTONIO – Castle Hills police have arrested the driver in a fatal hit-and-run accident, a man they believe to be the victim's boyfriend.
Police have charged 29-year-old Adam Morales in the death of 34-year-old Iris Ortega.
Police say Ortega was killed when Morales hit another car after leaving a bank at Northwest Military and West Avenue.
Investigators say Morales was accused of trying to pass off suspicious documents at the bank, so he was making it difficult to track him down.
Morales is charged with evading arrest and failure to stop and render aid.
