Jury: Texas Syndicate member guilty of racketeering

George Sanchez, 39, conspired to commit 3 murders, distribute drugs

SAN ANTONIO – A federal jury convicted a Texas Syndicate member on charges of racketeering in San Antonio, Uvalde, and surrounding cities.

Evidence presented in the trial showed George Sanchez, 39, conspired to commit three murders with 14 other members of the Texas Syndicate in South Texas, and conspired to distribute drugs.
