SAN ANTONIO – A man is accused of hitting two children with various items and attempting to cover up injuries with makeup, an arrest warrant affidavit states.
According to the Bexar County Magistrate's Office, Justin Miles Smith, 27, has been arrested and charged with injury to a child.

The affidavit states that a 5-year-old child was hit with a belt buckle on numerous parts of the body, including the head, chest and arm.
On two separate occasions, Smith allegedly kicked the child in the chest and intentionally dropped the child on the hard floor.
The affidavit also states another 1-year-old child was hit with a comb by Smith.
