Police: Woman pushes husband out of window

Woman arrested; husband declines to press charges

KERRVILLE, Texas – Kerrville police arrested a woman who they said pushed her husband through a window of their home.

Police officials said the incident was reported around 10 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Fuller.

They said the pair got into an argument over some pictures that were on her cellphone.

That led to a physical struggle that ended when the woman pushed him through a ground-floor window, Kerrville police said. The window was closed at the time and he broke through the glass.

The woman was arrested, but her husband told police he didn't want to press charges. It will be up to the district attorney to decide whether to pursue the case, officials said.

The couple's names have not been released.
