SAN ANTONIO – A cash reward of up to $3,000 is up for grabs for information leading to the arrest of Cruz Alfredo Bazan, 26.
Bazan has been added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list by the Texas Department of Public Safety.

He is wanted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements and probation violation.
DPS said Bazan has ties to the Harlingen area and Mexico. His criminal history includes sexual assault of a child and theft.
Bazan stands 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds. He has tattoos on his right arm, chest and back.
Texas Crime Stoppers will pay the reward for information leading to his capture.

- Text the letters DPS – followed by your tip – to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cellphone.
- Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking on the link under their picture.
