Heavy rains, flooding strike parts of San Antonio, South Texas

The wave of rain and flooding washed through some areas of San Antonio Sunday afternoon. Some neighborhoods on the Northwest, Southeast and West sides appeared to be among the hardest hit by fast flooding.
