SAN ANTONIO – A Bexar County sheriff's deputy was involved in a crash around 3 p.m. Thursday, a Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said.
The deputy was taking a juvenile offender to the Juvenile Detention Center at 600 Mission Road when the deputy's vehicle collided with another vehicle near Highway 181 and Old Corpus Christi Road.
The juvenile was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the spokeswoman said.
The driver of the other car was also taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The spokeswoman said the crash is under investigation and released no other details.
