SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are searching for a man who stabbed another man outside a West Side bar early Saturday morning.
Police said the victim was staring at a woman inside the bar when the man she was with confronted him, pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the chest.
The victim managed to stumble out of the bar and down the street to his home where his wife called EMS.
He was transported to University Hospital in serious condition.
No arrests have been made.
