Motorcyclist injured in Southwest Side accident

Motorcyclist was clipped during an accident between two other vehicles

SAN ANTONIO – A motorcyclist was injured after an accident on the Southwest Side Monday night.

Police said the accident happened at around 10 p.m. night when the driver of a Durango was traveling southbound on Pleasanton Road when a Ford Expedition moving westbound on Division Road ran a red light and hit the Durango, authorities reported.

Police said a motorcyclist waiting at the red light was clipped by one of the vehicles.

The motorcyclist was checked out at the scene. There is no information yet on whether anyone will face charges for the accident, police said.
