SAN ANTONIO – Jonathan Rodriguez has been arrested at least three times since 2013 for crimes including drug possession and criminal mischief. For the last two months, he's been wanted on a more serious charge: sexual assault.
San Antonio police have been looking for Rodriguez, 21, since May.
"Rodriguez allegedly had sexual intercourse with a female victim after she had passed out from a night of drinking," said Deputy United States Marshal Chris Bozeman.
Rodriguez was arrest in October 2014 in Bexar County on a charge of criminal mischief. He was arrested in July 2014 for charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana in Comal County. He was also charged with possession of marijuana in Bexar County in December 2013.

Rodriguez is 5'7" tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
