Elguezabal's arrest is the second arrest this week in connection with Spiller's slaying.

On Tuesday, police also arrested 24-year-old Jose Carrizales.

Spiller was found dead inside his apartment in the 3800 block of West Avenue on May 24.

Investigators said Carrizales went to Spiller's residence and shot him through a window.

SAPD investigators believe the death was related to a domestic disturbance between Spiller and a woman who had some kind of a relationship to Carrizales but the nature of that relationship is unknown.

A police report states in the days leading up to the shooting, a call was made from Spiller's residence reporting a domestic disturbance between Spiller and the mother of his child.
