The manager of the store told police she was in the back of the store about to do a money pickup when she heard a scream and saw the robber coming at her. The manager then threw the bag of money into a car that was at the drive-thru window and yelled at the person in the drive-thru to, "Go, get out of here.

The manager said as she turned around she was standing face-to-face with the suspect, so she grabbed a pot of black coffee and threw it in the direction of the robber.

Police said the robber then ran out of the restaurant headed south and got into a vehicle waiting at 4200 Buena Vista Street.
