Teen dislocates shoulder in bike wreck

SAN ANTONIO – A teenage boy was taken to North Baptist Hospital late Friday night after he wrecked his bike on Higgins and Stahl roads.

According to police, the teen was riding his bike near McClain Park when he lost control and crashed.

Once the boy gathered himself, police said he tried calling his parents for over two hours. Authorities were finally able to reach the teen’s uncle who drove with him to the hospital.

The boy suffered a dislocated shoulder. There is no word on what caused the teen to wreck his bike.
