AUSTIN, Texas – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking tips on the newest addition to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list.
According to a DPS press release, 49-year-old Mark Anthony Breaux is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender, evading arrest and a probation violation.

Breaux has ties in Chambers County, including the city of Winnie, and Jefferson County, the press release said. His criminal history includes sexual assault, burglary and escape.
Breaux was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child in 1991 after an incident in Jefferson County involving a 9-year-old girl.
Breaux is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 155 pounds. He has tattoos on both of his arms, his right hand and chest, as well as scars on his arms and left knee. According to the press release, Breaux may be going by “Tony” or “Speedy.”
Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to Breaux’s arrest. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
