SAN ANTONIO – The teen driver, critically injured in an accident that killed a man last week, has died at the hospital.
Bexar County Sheriff’s Office says Jeremiah Lincoln Gonzales, 17, died Sunday at San Antonio Military Medical Center.

The accident happened on Nov 3 just after 7 a.m. Sheriffs say Gonzales was swerving back and forth while driving southbound on Loop 1604. He then clipped an East Central ISD bus before crashing into the vehicle Jorge Cazares-Laureano, 47, was driving.
Cazares-Laurenzo died at the scene.
No children on the bus were injured. BCSO says even though the investigation into the crash continues, no charges will be filed.
