Half-payment on property taxes due Monday

75,000 people are enrolled in the 'half-payment' option


SAN ANTONIO – Bexar County Tax Assesor-Collector Albert Uresti says Monday is the due date for property tax payers using the county’s half-payment option.

Uresti said more than 75,000 people have enrolled in the option.

Tax offices will be open until 6:30 p.m. Monday. In addition to the extended hours, the offices downtown and on the city’s substations on the south, northeast, and northwest side will have curbside drop-off available.

Vista Verde downtown office at 233 N. Pecos la Trinidad, will have two curbside drop-offs available. Customers can drop off their payments at the Vista Verde office on the W. Martin Street side and also on the IH-35 side.  

The southside office is located at 3505 Pleasanton Rd.

The northeast office is located at 3370 Nacogdoches Rd. Suite 160 located in Salado Park II.

The northwest substation is at 8407 Bandera Rd. in the Bandera Festival Shopping Center
