North SA man sought in teen sex abuse case

Jose Luis Rios, 33, suspected of indecency with a child

SAN ANTONIO – The U.S. marshals are asking for help finding a San Antonio man sought on child sex abuse charges since July.

Jose Luis Rios, 33, is accused of two counts of indecency with a child through sexual contact. He was indicted in July.

"The indictment alleged that Rios had sexual contact with a female child who was under the age of 17 years old," Deputy Chris Bozeman said.

Rios was first featured on KSAT-12 in August. He was one of nearly two dozen fugitives identified by law enforcement for KSAT-12's Crime Fighters Takedown Day.

Rios is 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 270 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

"His last known place of residence was on the north side of San Antonio," Bozeman said.

If you have any information about Rios's whereabouts, call the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at 210-657-8500.
