Suspect sought in New Braunfels beauty store robbery

Police: Man drove away in light-colored SUV, possibly Nissan Rogue

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – New Braunfels police are searching for a man who they say robbed a beauty store at gunpoint.

The robbery occurred on Tuesday at the Sally Beauty Supply in the 100 block of Creekside Way in New Braunfels.

Police said the a man in his mid 30s to early 40s wearing a tan hoodie, gray pants and sneakers walked into the store with a handgun and demanded cash from an employee at the register.

The man ran out of the store with an undisclosed amount of cash and fled in a light-colored SUV (pictured above), which investigators believe might have been a Nissan Rogue.

Police described the man as 6 feet tall with blond hair and salt-and-pepper facial hair.

Comal County Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case. If you have any information, you are urged to call 830-620-TIPS (8477). Callers are not required to give their names.
